The latest development in the Cheney-Bush nuclear nonproliferation program?
Remember how invading Iraq was supposed to terrify any other country from trying to get nuclear weapons without American approval?
This isn't a nuclear weapons program. But, then, so far as official declarations and actual proof available in the public record, Iran's nuclear program isn't a weapons program, either: Chávez: Venezuela is launching nuclear program for peaceful purposes El Universal 11/15/07; Chávez anuncia su propio programa nuclear en víspera de su viaje a Irán El Mundo 16.11.07; Venezuela set to launch peaceful nuclear program - Chavez RIA Novosti 15.11.07.
How long will it be before Republican war fans start grumbling that this is part of the Islamunist conspiracy?
