Now, it wouldn't be the kind of speech I would give. But this clip of Barack Obama's pastor freaks good Republican white folks out? Good grief, no wonder they fall the hoo-ha that Cheney and Bush have been pushing in the name of the "Global War on Terrorism".
This really freaks people out? What, do these folks only leave the house to go to all-white fundamentalist church meetings? Wow, talk about thin-skinned!
FOX News floated this thing, with Politico following loyally up. This is pretty sleazy stuff on the part of the right wing. But that's what they do. Obama is going to have to smack them down over some of this stuff or they'll tag him in the minds of many independent voters as a scary, bizarre, weirdo black man.
