Most Americans at the grass roots understand, to one degree or another, the need to decisively stop the [Iraq] war, from activists at the left end of the political spectrum to the ordinary voters at the center and center-right. All the complex 'triangulated' caveats are meant for the beltway national security wonks and pundits, not for them.
