Jerry Brown is in the headlines again
This time, he's using his authority as the California Attorney General to bring pressure on the Alameda County District Attorney to proceed immediately to make a decision on whether or not to prosecute a case in which a policeman shot a young African-American man in the back while the victim was lying face-down and surrounded by police:
