The Austrian weekly Profil is reporting that Helmut Zilk, the popular Social Democratic mayor of Vienna 1984-1994 who passed away in 2008, worked as a paid informant for the Czechoslovakian spy agency from 1965 to 1968: Helmut Zilk, Spion: Zilk war jahrelang Informant des CSSR-Geheimdienstes von Herbert Lackner 21.03.09.
