German Constitutional Court ruling coming on EU bailout fund
The German Federal Constitutional Court is expected to rule this week on the constitutionality under German national law of the planned EU bailout mechanisms. If they rule against the measures, it won't help stabilize the eurozone. And at this point, any large setback could trigger a panic bank run in Spain.
