Soledad Pastorutti sings the Argentine national anthem

This is the Argentine folk singer Soledad Pastorutti in a YouTube video uploaded 03/07/2007 singing the national hymn of Argentina, from the balcony of what looks like the facade of the Cabildo on the Plaza de Mayo in Buenos Aires.

The Cabildo is now the Museo Nacional del Cabildo y la Revolución de Mayo:

"Himno Nacional Argentino" is its actual name.
